Celebrities hotspots - New York

It's impossible to find the "right" restaurant. None of these places are sure bets to see celebs. It's the luck of the draw, the time you're there, etc.
Anyway, except Meatpacking District that is full of celebrities hotspots, the most popular hangout these days are:

Butter (expecially on monday night, 415 Lafayette Street)

Bungalow 8 (515 W 27th Street)

Marquee Night Club (289 10th Avenue)

West Chelsea lounge (opened by Marquee Team), sits on 10th Avenue next to the High Line Park.

Juliet Supper Club (539 W 21st Street (btwn 10th and 11th Avenue)

Rose Bar (2 Lexington Avenue, inside Gramercy Park Hotel)

The Eldridge (247 Eldridge Street)

Socialista (505 West Street)

Waverly Inn (16 Bank Street)

Da Silvano (260 Avenue of the Americas, when the weather is nice);

Bar Pitti (268 Avenue of the Americas, when the weather is nice)

Whoole Foods Market Bowery (95 East Houston Street)

Koi (40 West 40th Street)

Gemma (Bowery Hotel’s Italian restaurant)

The Stanton Social (for brunch, 99 Stanton Street)

The Spotted Pig (for burger, 314 W 11th Street)

Morandi (211 Waverly Place)

Nobu Next Door (105 Hudson Street)

MrChow (121 Hudson Street)

John Frieda Salon (825 Washington Street)

Equinox Fitness (Greenwich Avenue)

Any suggestions?
